Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mira.app with the email used at checkout and your order date — we'll process it directly.
Once a refund is issued, related access (subscription entitlement or unused try-on credits) is removed from your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
