This Privacy Notice is issued by MIRA AI ("MIRA AI", "we", "us"), the data controller responsible for personal data processed in connection with our virtual try-on service (the "Service").
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email, login credentials, authentication identifiers (e.g. Google OAuth ID).
- User content: photos, garment images, generated try-on results, saved closet items.
- Usage data: try-on counts, feature interactions, device and browser information, IP address.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
- Billing-related data: collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited transaction metadata (plan, status, period dates).
3. Why we use your data and legal basis
- Provide the Service (contract): account creation, generating try-ons, storing your closet, billing entitlement.
- Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests): detecting abuse, protecting accounts.
- Service improvement and analytics (legitimate interests): understanding usage and improving features.
- Customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
- Legal compliance (legal obligation): tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests.
4. Sharing your data
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, AI model providers used to generate try-ons.
- Stripe for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, auditors where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent. EU/UK users have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews to protect personal data.
